Article 3, Subparagraph 7, Factory Inspection Module (Module 7) of the Regulations for Registration of Commodity Certification issued by the Bureau of Standards and Inspection, Ministry of Economic Affairs, the production plant shall obtain a factory inspection report issued by the Bureau of Standards and Inspection or its accredited institution that complies with the requirements.

The applicant should also ensure and declare that the products manufactured in its factory are consistent with the original type of Model 2. ETC is a factory inspection institution recognized by the Bureau of Standards and Testing.
