Under the Mutual Recognition Agreement between the Bureau of Standards, Metrology and Inspection, MO.E.A, the Ministry of Trade and IndustryStandards, and the SPRING Singapore ( now known as Enterprise Singapore) on 28 November 1994, the conformity assessment of electrical and electronic products was completed in order to effectively assist our exporters of electrical and electronic products to reduce the cost of certification.

Suppliers must first register with the competent authority (Safety Authority) in Singapore as a supplier of controlled goods by completing the Notification of Change of Registered Supplier's Particulars Form RS01 (Appendix G) and register the obtained CoC's controlled goods before they can be sold.
