Secondary Battery / Portable Charger

Introduction

The high storage, high capacity, high power and high reuse characteristics of lithium batteries have led to an increasing number of applications in information and communications, home appliances, power tools and medical equipment. The development of lithium batteries has been fairly stable, but the wide range of product applications has made it necessary for lithium batteries to face many complex environmental tests.
Harsh temperature and humidity conditions, external squeezing, improper charging or impact damage can cause unintended changes to the battery during its normal life cycle and, in severe cases, even cause damage to the user.
However, not all lithium batteries fall under the scope of inspection by the Bureau of Standards, Inspection and Quarantine (BSMI). The current announcement covers computer/ communications/ consumer electronics lithium battery cells/assemblies, lithium mobile power, lithium batteries for electric motorbikes and lithium batteries for electric (auxiliary) bicycles.
