3. Train the Implementation Team and create the infrastructure
4. Develop the Level 1 Quality Manual
5. Develop the Level 2 Operating Procedures
6. Develop the necessary APQP & PPAP(s)
7. Develop the Level 3 Work Instructions and Quality Plans
8. Complete all support documentation: forms, records, etc.
9. Develop the Internal Quality Audit capability
10. Provide training and implement an SPC system
11. Implement an FMEA program
12. Implement the MSA Measurement System Analysis
13. Provide training and implement a Continuous Improvement process
14. Implement the newly developed Quality Management System
15. Conduct Internal Quality Audit(s)
16. Make the necessary changes and improvements
17. Initiate the Certification/Registration process
18. Complete the Registrar Audit successfully the first time
